Transferring money:

1. Visit any branch or savings bank of the Bank. If you send a transfer to another country in the world, you need to find the closest Zolotaya Corona office. 
2. Present proof of identity – an ID, a passport or a temporary license, issued by the bodies of internal affairs and confirming either the fact of loss of the main document, or the fact that the main document is undergoing re-registration.
3. Specify destination of the transfer.
4. Specify the recipient’s full name, the amount of transfer and the bank in which you are sending money.
5. For additional security, you can tell the Bank's operator a control question, the answer to which is has be known to get the transfer.
6. Tell the recipient the transfer number and the answer to the security question.
7. Pay the transfer amount, and pay for the service in accordance with applicable rates.
8. When sending money, the money transfer is assigned a special number (code), which is known only to the sender. 

Note:
The maximum amount of transfer:

• 500 000 rubles, or 20 000 USD
• The limit is 135,000 rubles or 5000 USD when a transfer to foreign countries is made by residents of the Russian Federation.

Receiving the money transfer:

1. If you receive a transfer on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, you have to visit the nearest RSK> BANK branch or a savings bank. If you receive transfer in another country in the world, you need to find the nearest Zolotaya Corona office. 
2. Present proof of identity – an ID, a passport or a temporary license, issued by the bodies of internal affairs and confirming either the fact of loss of the main document, or the fact that the main document is undergoing re-registration.
3. Provide the number of the transfer.
4. Provide the amount of the transfer.
5. Provide an answer to the control question if it was given.
6. Get a transfer amount at the cashier of the Bank (the recipient of a money transfer is not charged commission).
